- One of the legal sideshows in the ongoing NPS vs. KEE lawsuit came to an end recently, in the Chancery Courts in Deleware. My head exploded after attempting to read and interpret the decision, so rather than trying to analyze it, I put the entire decision up on 68Caliber.Com.
- Some dirt merchant hacked Planet Eclipse’s site…Ledz and co. are working on it.
- Registration for NPPL Houston closes tomorrow.
- Speaking of NPPL Houston, I asked Shawn Walker if Hurricane Ike would have any effect on the event, and he said “No. I forsee Ike giving the area a great cleaning before we arrive!” Given Ike’s size, he may want to leave the chaps at home and bring his hip waders…which brings up even more disturbing visuals than the chaps…

- Smart Corps will be offering a clinic at Adrenaline Paintball near Melbourne, Ontario, Canada. as part of their support of the CSPPL.
- Virtue has released their HALO Laser Eyes and board for the SP Vibe/SP1.
- BAWLS is going to be at World Cup this year.
- The PSTA is fully supporting and has formed an alliance with Paintball Extravaganza.
- Entry fees for World Cup went up Monday…so if you didn’t sign up, better expect to pony up some more cash!
- Speaking of things PSP, they announced their new ‘compact’ 3 day schedule available to D1 X-Ball teams. Seems like a solid idea for those with time constraints or troll bosses who won’t let their employees take time off for the important things like paintball…

- Speaking of NAX, the AXBL and CXBL Championships are held together this year, the event is at Darien Lake Theme Park and Resort just outside of Buffalo NY!!! Its September 26th-28th with awesome accommodations options!! They have normal hotel, RV rentals and campsites all right on the Darien Lake grounds. Tickets for the park are FREE when you stay onsite or get them for $10 from the PBL show trailer at the event!!! - The NPPL is holding a ref clinic at Camp Pendleton October 18th and 19th for those that thank they’re worthy to step up and be an NPPL Pro Ref.
- The Maltese Militia are pleased to announce the winner of the Maltese Militia’s fifth 2008 Custom Prize Package giveaway. Jake, the lucky winner was chosen at the Hunt for Lost Vegas event held on August 24th at Airsports Paintball in Ludlow, MA.
