- Hell month ended this past weekend at LCP with Bill Bain’s “Assassin’s Greed”. I’d have played a bit more if I didn’t manage to twist my knee the first couple of hours on the field…
- This weekend The Tiny Blonde Goddess and I will be heading up to Leesburg, FL to act as wedding photographers for Charles Kincaid and his soon-to-be blushing bride. It’s being held at a Renn faire, and I’ve never been to one, so it’ll be educational.
- No, we won’t be photographing the consummation.
- Toybox Wars II event at EMR next weekend has been canceled, but the Toys for Tots events are still going .
- Gen-X-Global will be having major product promotions for all dealers and fields. Keep an eye out in your email for all of our product promotions throughout the month of November.

- Recon Magazine folds as a print publication. It’s now in a digital format.
- Paintball Sports Magazine goes to a digital format as well, but they’re still going to be a print publication.

- Hammerhead Barrels is providing a custom gold sharktooth barrel with “Crowned Pimp – Free Finale 2008″ to be given as the general’s award.
- Sean Scott of Smart Corps says: “In response to Craig Miller… Since He and I will be Generals of our respective sides for the Living Legends game (May 30 and 31, 2009 at CPX Sports in Joliet, IL), I wanted to test his mental and physical agility. I put him through a simple, but yet easy obstacle course that a 2 year old could do. He was thrown off guard and he spun around like he just got shot by a real gun and ran into a carefully placed cart. His mental and physical agility was that of a 100 year old and I was greatly disappointed. Since I am mildly retarded (I do take medications for that), I am in no way worried about a full blown pro wrestling grudge match and I will accept his duel. Apparently all I have to do is kick him in the leg and he goes down like a sack of potatoes.”
- The NPPL San Diego event will have amongst other things, Virtual Army Experience Delta, which is a way for people interested in joining the Army to get an idea of what it’d be like.
- KTLA News 5 anchors went out to SC Village this morning to duke it out on the fields as part of SC Village’s celebration of 25 years in business.
- Word has it that Dangerous Power won’t be making the G3 in 2009. Does this mean that the Rev-I will be taking the place of the little G-unit?
- When it all goes wrong, don’t blame me…I voted for the other guy.
- The homies over at TechPB are having a sale of some cool gear to finance their trip to NPPL San Diego.
- Giant Paintball in Costa Mesa, CA is reopening this weekend.
- Tom Kaye thinks Dead Man’s Walks are cool. Check out www.worldoftb.com to login and call him a bad man.
- DYE steps up to sponsor the Draxxus Free Finales’ player’s party, which will feature cover band Nasty Influenz rocking the night away. The full schedule of events for this year’s Draxxus Free Finale can be seen at http://freefinale.com/2008_game_events.htm
- The reviews I currently have underway have run into some snags…namely players trying to make off with the goodness. “Georgia” Joe Hamilton nearly had to turn The Love Shack into the War Shack this weekend…it wasn’t pretty.
- Given the current issues going on with TFR and that other site, I wanted to thank everyone who’s called, emailed, and texted me over the past few days expressing their support. Aside from my “Final Word”, this is all I have to say about that ongoing situation. Minions are currently de-gnoming TFR and TFR will be a No Gnome Zone moving forward.
