1. For those of you hiding out in the mountains and ONLY get your paintball news from The Ford Report, it’ll come as a shock to find out that Pacific Paintball and all their associated properties (PB2X, NPPL, XPSL, Camp Pendleton and others) have filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. There were a lot of wonderful people who lost their jobs Monday…let’s not forget that. 2. Reports from California are in and a new paintball league has formed with Shawn Walker behind it. More details to come , stay tuned.
3. Walker hasn’t been available for interrogation because he and Rufina welcomed their new daughter Maggie Jean Walker into the world December 2^nd.

5. Wayne Dollack’s Grand Finale is this weekend. I won’t be there. However, my friend Mike Phillips from TechPB will.
6. 109 players donated 144+ toys for the Toys for Tots Program at NOCER Productions’ “Shenanigans” this past weekend. You know it was a good weekend of paintball when you get home and both knees are swollen, you smell like something dead and all your gear is filthy.
7. JT Sports is relocating their offices to St. Louis, MO at the Jarden Team Sports headquarters to “build on successful operating synergies”. Cheaper, too…which is important in this enviroment!
8. SPO Gear, Inc. has announced that its new Versa Shell will be available in late January, 2009. SPO Gear’s Ken Akins said, “After a successful debut of the Versa Shell at October’s World Cup, we listened to feedback, made some changes and are very excited with the results.” It was also announced that Macdev, USA will no longer be the exclusive distributor of the Versa Shell. “We are opening up distribution availability and introducing an innovative Distributor/Dealer package beginning immediately.” The deadline for Distributor incentives will be Dec 20, 2008. 10. The SPCS has opened registration for their first event of 2009, held at their new facility in Orlando, FL.

16. The Delta Paintball Team is pleased to announce two new additions to our roster.We welcome Darrel “Truck” Sample and Robert “Kannyn” Wilbur to the team. 18. The South Beach Pimps will be killing for Sideshow. Rather than just the two of us that were able to make it to NOCER’s Shenanigans, we’ll be there at full strength.
19. Doom Trooper “Georgia” Joe Hamilton has called me out! He’s challenged me to a 1 v 1 at the Free Finale. Of course, being a South Beach Pimp I accepted his challenge and now we just have to figure out a way to make it happen. He’s running the game, and as such he’s going to be busy…
