  1. Chuck Hendsch says: “HB is back. 7-man is saved. The previous NPPL Professional Teams are taking matters into their own hands by forming a new 7-man national circuit. The first confirmed event of this new series will be held at the sacred Huntington Beach venue April 2 – 5, 2009. More details will be released in the days to come. Until then, be happy. Be very happy.”

  2. I got a phone call from a Pro Player friend of mine that HB is part of the new league that’s forming as we speak along the lines of the original NPPL. The teams had to kick in a ‘franchise fee’ to buy in, and assuming the new league makes money, they’ll get their cut of the profits at the end of the year. Everyone’s pretty excited about this new venture. No name yet, but one I heard bounced around was “Major League Paintball”.

  3. Review commenced on LAPCO’s Cyclone Feed upgrade parts, which include a metal ratchet assembly, an upgraded paddle and the QEPH, which can be had at LAPCOPaintball.com for $79.99 as a combo. TFR Review Crew Member Sideshow is currently abusing an A5 equipped with the goods.

  4. Viper is producing a game at Giant Paintball in Alpine California this weekend, called “Road Warriors”. Eric Engler vs. Sean Scott of Smart Corps. I wonder which one will be Lord Humongous?

  5. Speaking of Viper, he’s got a rider in his contract with paint companies now that stipulates that if he dies while under the contract, he’s to be cremated and his ashes used to make a special run of paintballs to be used in a memorial game called “Viper’s Last Game”.

  6. He’s fine…I asked.

  7. The South Beach Pimps are in at PaintClub. We can’t talk about it, since the first rule of PaintClub is that YOU DON’T TALK ABOUT PAINTCLUB! Check out http://www.paintclub21.com for information.

  25. I now know for a fact that someone has been opening and reading my old dale@68caliber.com email. If by some chance you’re receiving email from someone at that email address, please note that it’s NOT me.

  26. In other TFR releated news, I should hopefully have a press release to put out very soon. A meeting happened this week that I was anticipating, and I’m just waiting for some information to come my way as well as the go-ahead to run with the PR.

  27. The Tiny Blonde Goddess is still on jury duty, but the trial looks like it’s coming to a close soon, so hopefully she get back into her regular routine sooner rather than later.

  28. Finally, I want to say that I’m overly miffed with WikiPedia.  A new term has cropped up in the playing community here in the Deep South, and it was suggested that I write a post for Wiki about it, so I did.  They deleted it because it was ‘patent nonsense’.  Drop me a line if you want to see it and judge for yourself…just make sure there aren’t any ladies or kids around when you read it…
