A newly formed organization, Canadian Action Sports, has announced that it has purchased all the assets of XO Industries. All employees of XO Industries will now be employees of Canadian Action Sports.

An affiliate of KEE Action Sports LLC, Canadian Action Sports has entered into an exclusive agreement with KEE to distribute all products. President of XO Industries, Aldo Perrone, said, “We are pleased with this new development as it will continue the growth of the business.
