Sir Rod, one of the more respected and admired scenario players here in Florida, speaks out in his own way on the Lawsuits brought by Heckler and Koch against several paintball and airsoft companies:

Well here we go now this is another fine mess you gotten us in to. You darn mill sim and scenario crowd have forced all these paintball gun manufactures to go and break the law. Begging them and out right threaten them to make closely accurate similar looking paintball guns. To satisfy your war mongered pig guts spewing simulated war playing a stupid military game of kill or be killed with paintball guns, paint grenades, bazookas, tanks, paint mines with trip wires.

You just look at the tournament paintball players.Charging the opposition, with grace and poise to eliminate the other team. Shooting cute nice looking markers, with brightly colored uniforms, goggles and markers to match. Smiling for the cameras with there almost perfect clean matching paintball out fit. Provided by a super sponsor, of many paintball products. While diving into plastic bubbles of Coke Cans, Doritos, Snakes, and GIANT X’s. And not causing anyone any trouble at all. And getting sweetly sponsored to do it, as well as prize money too. Not to mention getting in every paintball magazine there ever was.

You stupid bunch of morons what were you thinking? Don’t you know the (H&K) hunter killer sharks out there ready willing and able to take a bite out of your aspirations to have fun looking like a solider. Crawling through insect infested terrain, chewing up the ground on seek and destroy missions, taking the objective and holding till relieved,

(Voice in my head)”Hold until relieved” at the referees discretion. With a paintball gun that looks like it came out of the Guns and Ammo magazine, or off of the history channel.

Well it almost looks like it did if it didn’t have that big round or oblong pokemon “Oh” nose thingy on it. Or the big tank, with the hoses running off of it.

You killer mil-sim scenario outlaw renegades need to get a second job and forget about being a soldier pretend or other wise. You bunch of war monger killer, parasites.

Just get rid of the look a like paintball gun and get a real gun like I did.

I’m not fooling around with you stinking ‘coons any more from now own its me or you. No more eating my cat food off my porch. NO sir you little bandits are going to get a surprise and feel the sting of my H&K 416.

Of course you realize this is pure sarcasm and I just wish H&K would understand how much we (including me) Mil-Sim and scenario players wish they wouldn’t do this. I have loved paintball before I ever knew it existed. I have played Army ever since I out grew my cowboy phase.

I really do believe that God made paintball for me, and if not that then I was made for paintball.

I know legally speaking they have a right to protect their property.

Just like Smart Parts whom I admire because they produce great paintball guns and accessories. Also admire H&K for producing at one time the finest small caliber assault weapon ever produced. I always heard that Imitation was the sincerest form of flattery.

Well I guess H&K doesn’t. Or maybe it’s there lawyers that don’t appreciate clichés ….Hum yea the lawyers.

This suit is like the inventors of the wheel suing paintball manufactures because it’s round, and it will roll on the ground.

This is all unsubstantiated sarcasm on my part. It’s not supposed to make any sense, like these lawsuits so don’t try to. It’s just a rainy day I don’t have any thing else to do.

I’ll just go clean my gun. Oh I meant weapon.
