1. I’m quite embarrassed to admit this, but Campaign Cup over in England was this past weekend…and here I was thinking Frank Connell was going over on a personal vacation…

2. Fortunately for me, I was able to mobilize Euro-Minions to take stealth-ninja shots of stuff I felt would be of interest.

5. The AXBL, CXBL, and NAX champions was crowned this past weekend. The Philadelphia All American heroes led by Tim Montressor and Ryan Moorhead are the 2009 AXBL and NAX champions. Edmonton Prevail with Darcy Schlichenmayer and Bradon Short are the 2009 CXBL champions.

6. Apparently Lane and Keely had a little talk with the powers-that-be at the Hampton in in Davenport, Florida and they’ve agreed to drop their rates even further for players at this year’s World Cup.

8. The last event of the AFTS has been cancelled. Randy Bocelli fell ill and required surgery to correct the problem. He’s recovering well, but not in time to run the last AFTS event of the year.

21. The Ford Focus Station wagon I’ve been driving for work fell victim to a botched engine rebuild, and the dealer I’m working with is a good guy, so I’m not driving something a bit more masculine. What I got isn’t the Expedition, F150, Corvette, or Explorer that I want, but it’s what I need for work. Now if I could just keep the Tiny Blonde Goddess from laying claim to it…
