MPP Games’ “4 Roads to Laos” Postponed

The decision was made yesterday to postpone the upcoming MPP Games event “4 Roads to Laos” until May 2010. At the time the decision was made, registration numbers for the event were nearly non-existent. The recent weakness in the economy and the recent poor weather are being cited as likely reasons for the poor registration.

LCP Field Owner Billy Smith was reportedly so upset of the postponement of the game that he ran out and declared that LCP would enact their own paintball stimulus plan, by having an open play weekend at the field the weekend of January 30th-31st which would feature free entry, free air, and since Macy and Bubba were unable to restrain him in time, Billy will be selling field paint for $40 a case!

I can not pass this up, I will be there and I’m told that PBJunkie’s Rich Struth will be there too! (something about him scheduling his next ‘Junk-in-da-trunk’ shoot at LCP) Makes you wonder how many people will take advantage of such a fine stomping ground and great atmosphere. Hey Harb, you going?

Stay tuned to MPP’s website at www.mppgames.com for the announcement to reschedule “4 Roads to Laos” and head over to www.locopaintball.com for more information on Low Country Paintball!
