The UK Scenario Awards will have a Pimp in their midst at this year’s UK Scenario Awards Banquet to be held at The Millenium Copthorne in Birmingham, England starting at 7PM November 27^th. US Scenario Player (Miami-based South Beach Pimps) and Editor/Journalist Dale Ford will be attending as a presenter, joining Tippmann’s Brent Cunningham and others.

The purpose of the event is to recognize those who have contributed to UK Scenario Paintball over the past 12 months. It’s not so much a competition to decide who’s the best in the land, it’s more about giving those who deserve it five minutes in the limelight for what they contribute to the game.

There are 12 awards:

1. Team of the Year
2. Player of the Year
3. Game of the Year
4. Female Player of the Year
5. Commander of theYear
6. Young Player of the Year
7. New / Breakthrough team of the Year
8. Scenario Site of the Year
9. Scenario Marshall Team of the Year
10. Diamond Wars Team of the Series
11. Diamond Wars Player of the Series
12. Outstanding contribution to UK Scenario Paintball

New this year are two specific awards for teams participating in Ged Green’s Diamond Wars series of games.

Negotiations are currently underway with an online Paintball TV channel to stream live video from the banquet. The winners of the various awards are decided by online vote, and voting is now live for Scenario Players in the UK to vote for who they believe in.
