During a routine search of federal court records, I noted that Paintball Sports, which has been out of business for some time has filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy as of July 1st, 2010.
The links below are two of the documents filed in the case, which was filed in the New York Federal Courts.
I spoke with Mike Cutino via phone today and he confirmed that the action had been filed, and that he will be looking forward to seeing all of the financial information associated with Paintball Sports, which he alleges the other owners of the business held from him.
I will continue monitoring this case as it moves through the courts.
