5. Camp Blanding will be re-opening to paintball. Blue apparently spent the night in the back of my car and pounced on me this morning with this: “BLUE, DEUCE, and DRAXXUS bring PAINTBALL BACK TO BLANDING! “BLANDING CONQUEST” The date is set for February 19th ands 20th of 2011 and BLUE and DEUCE are bringing south the “Pure Paintball Insanity” of CASTLE CONQUEST and using BLANDING for a true Town Assault and Defend. Anyone that has played this MOUT site will realize what a great venue this will be and it is perfect for a 3 to 1 odds game. IYAOYAS Strongman Dale “Rattpack” Surratt reports on the 4^th annual Splatfest at his compound in central Florida: “The 4th annual Splattfest held at the property in of Dale (Rattpack) Surratt in Bushnell was a great success. It was smoking hot, but the afternoon rain shower cooled things down and made it fun to play in the rain. The Ratt’s from Team IYAOYAS dominated the field.”

32. My friend Kurt underwent an open-lung biopsy this week, on his birthday of all days, to determine what the “Fungal Crap” in his lungs is. Early reports indicate that it is indeed fungal, but not what specific type of fungus yet. He’s recovering from the procedure and looking forward to getting back into his Chemotherapy program to put this entire illness behind him. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers, please.
