• Taylor Ashton of 88 Teeth Photography is giggling like a Taiwanese Schoolgirl on Monster Imports right now…a very special Machine Paintball Vapor is going to be enroute to him for inclusion in what will likely be an extremely special photo shoot.
• The South Beach Pimps’ very own Mike “Magic Man” Wilkins will be a general for “War games 2012″ paintball scenario at Old River Paintball on November 17th and 18th. Not sure which side yet but will let everyone know as soon as we know. Sign up and play for Magic Man and help the ” whichever side” rule the day!

• Meanwhile over in the UK, The Paintball Show’s Tim Barnett tells me that studio filming for the first show begins this weekend. Guests include Vanguard’s Frank Connell, Gino Postorivo (via Skype) and Paul Banks of Tippmann Sports.
• Speaking of things UK, Planet Eclipse is releasing the DART kit soon, which is said to do wonderful things for your Ego 11. My Dark Trooper is just about the smoothest poppet valved gun I’ve ever shot, so I’d want to try one to see how much improvement could be had! I wonder how much they’re going for…
• If you look real close at the ad floating around for the DART kit, there’s mention of the “Ego S”, which is being theorized as the next Ego.
• UK and US Minions are mobilizing as we speak.
• Camille Lemanski from the PSP checks in: “Over 300 teams have already signed up for World Cup – yay The first round of late fees will be assessed to teams who do not pay by Monday night.”

• Palm Beach Vipers took 1^st in 2 divisions and won the CFPS series for both, using Machine Paintball Vapors.
• Andy Potter tells me that everyone needs to get pre-registered for Munsters vs. Addams at First Strike Paintball near Gainesville, FL on September 29^th.
• Gino is being coy, saying that something big is happening next week, but won’t say what.
• The JT Splatmaster Experience is at the Wight County Fair in Virginia introducing people to paintball with these fun little guns.
• While the southern contingent is invading First Strike the weekend of the 29^th, Valken will be leading the northern contingent as they invade Sherwood Forest in my home state of Indiana for their supernatural game.

• Sonny Lopez dropped me a line to let me know that he’s coaching the Destiny girls in Langkawi. He passed this along from Kat Secor: “Team Destiny captained by Kat Secor is going to Malaysia WCA this November and they need some help getting there. Some tickets are

  covered already but paint costs are high and travel costs are high as well. If everyone can chip in $5-$10 each to help out that would be great. Only a couple USA teams are in this event lets help get the USA girls there! If a store, field or company wants to help sponsor the

• This past weekend I bought a new (to me) motorcycle. It’s kinda like me, a bit rough around the edges, but getting this bike up to par is going to be a lot easier than the CBR 600 I rebuilt back in 2003. It’s a 1994 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-11…at the time, the Darth Vader of bikes. My wife is already upping my life insurance, my parents think I’ve lost my mind (again), and Miss Tinsley is demanding that I paint it pink so she can ride it. That’d be the fastest 4 year old in South Georgia…
